Stranger Strings CS#050

This is the first time Stranger Strings has been released in a 5-pk format!!!

Introducing our absolute favorite of our 112 different SS releases, CS#050.

We started our Stranger Strings Series as a way of experimenting with new ideas, and anytime we came across something cool, we'd often make extra strings or small batches along the way - releasing them as a "Case Study #01, #02, etc.." If you can believe it, we actually made our way up to CS#112 before we ran out of gas. Well... long story short, Case Study #050 was one of the few blends that we restocked more than a handful of times, in addition to including it on various yoyo releases. We weren't the only ones who became fan's of the blend, as these have also been included with Unspoken Yoyos, PDX-YO, and will soon reach a handful more yoyo brands for upcoming releases.

What's unique about CS#050? It's made up of similar ingredients as Prestige, but twisted more like our Smoothie Edition blend. We tilted the poly/nylon ratio to favor a more classic poly feel, while still being super soft and elegant. It's not quite as thick as Prestige, but still holds it's slack shape super well and has a very reliable whip speed. These characteristics make it very versatile across a broader range of gap widths, while it still having an apparent softness and broken in feel that we truly love.

CS#050 is planned to be rebranded and will eventually land a permanent home, but for now please enjoy this unique prerelease!!!
